Instead of a separate website for tickets sale system just, we can now buy a ticket directly at www.intercity.pl. As a result, you do not have to keep two different www addresses in your mind – you will find everything in one place.
 
Anything new?
Just as so far, the first step is searching for a connection we are interested in and clicking on the “kup bilet” [buy a ticket] icon. Everything can be found at www.intercity.pl website, in a graphically refreshed  module of searching for connections.


We changed entirely the number and the order of steps in a new system. Logging in the system was moved to the end of the buying process and the information about the ticket price may be obtained  before making the payment transaction. This is easier for people who simply want to check details of the planned journey and do not want to  buy a ticket.
 
It is easier to return an on-line ticket – we do not have to switch through a few tabs. All that needs to be done is to log in your account (the first button on the panel of the top menu) and click on Moje bilety [My tickets] tab.
 
A view of the account appears on the screen. Tickets appear directly in the center of the screen: those awaiting the payment, the paid ones and the canceled ones. On the left side, we will  find direct access to the full menu.
 
If we resign from the journey, we should choose the bilety Opłacone [Paid tickets] tab. We search for a ticket which we want to resign from by clicking on the Rezygnuj [Resign] command. Now we have to confirm our decision and the ticket is moved to the Zwrócone bilety [Returned tickets] tab. The operation of the payment return is made there as well (unless a VAT invoice was issued to the ticket- in this case the procedure remained unchanged).
