Janusz Malinowski
President of the Management Board of the PKP Intercity S.A.Graduate of the Radom University of Technology Transportation Faculty and Warsaw University of Technology in the field of rail transportation management. He has been involved with railways for almost 40 years. Since 2017, he has been the President of the Board of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway, before which he was a member of the Board of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway from 2015 to 2017. He was responsible, among other things, for the integration of ticketing and passenger information of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway and the city of Łódź, as well as for commercial policy and the company's investment projects development in terms of rolling stock. In 2011-2014, he was a member of the management board and president of the management board of PKP Intercity S.A., where he implemented the largest rolling stock investment projects, including the purchase of electric multiple units, including Pendolino vehicles.

Marcin Karasiński
Member of the BoardGraduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in Management and Marketing in the scope of economic management and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw in European Integration. In 2012, he graduated from the Executive MBA management studies at the University of Gdańsk, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) diploma. In 2023, he earned the title of business manager at the EY Academy of Business. He has pursued numerous training courses and certificates in, among others, EU fundraising, reporting, managerial competences. Since 2011 he has been employed with PKP Intercity S.A., where he held the position of project director, then acting director of the office of restructuring and project management, director of the strategy office, deputy director of the office of offer and product development, director of the office of strategy and EU funds. From 2008 to 2011, he held the position of project director at PKP S.A. From 2005 to 2008, he worked as a chief specialist at PKP Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o.o. In the years 2002-2005 he was employed as a specialist at the Ministry of Infrastructure. In the years 1999-2001 he worked at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa sp. z o.o. in Warsaw.

Dagmara Zawadzka
Vice-President of the Management BoardHas over 20 years of experience in the area of finance. Her primary focus is in the transportation and fuels industry. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Aarhus School of Business. Moreover, she is a graduate of the California Polytechnic University and completed completed postgraduate studies in International Reporting Standards at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)title. Until 2011 she worked at consulting companies (e.g. PricewaterhouseCoopers), realising a number of financial advisory projects, including IPO, M&A and investment projects’ evaluation. In the subsequent years she became professionally involved with the PKN Orlen Group, where she was in charge of realising strategic projects. In the years 2015-2016 she worked at PKP Intercity, where she managed the Finance and Procurement Division and carried out the company restructuring process. It was at that time that PKP Intercity regained profitability. Next she worked at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, where she was a member of the Bank Credit Committee, followed by heading the BGK's Branch Office in London. In the years 2020-2021 she realised projects in the scope around the airport at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny. She has experience in supervisory bodies (Supervisory Board and auditing committee). Dagmara Zawadzka teaches conversation classes at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. In the academic area her focus is corporate finance, valuation, investment project evaluation and foreign investment value management.

Adam Wawrzyniak
Member of the BoardGraduate of the Technical University of Łódź, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. In 2019 he completed the trainings title: Training session on high-speed railway systems, level 2 – UIC & FEE & RENFE Madrid and Training session on high-speed railway systems, level 1 – UIC Paris. From 2011 to 2024 he worked at PKP Intercity passing through all administrative positions from specialist to deputy director of the rolling stock office and acting as Board Representative for the Maintenance and Management System at "PKP Intercity" S.A. (2022). While working at the rolling stock office, he launched into service 3 fleets of electric multiple units: PESA Dart, Flirt and Pendolino, he also led the introduction of 12 new electric multiple units and modernised 14 electric multiple units. He was responsible for the implementation of the Maintenance and Management System (MMS) at PKP Intercity.

Hanna Jażdżyk
Member of the BoardGraduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw in the field of banking, insurance and public finance. She also developed her managerial competences during doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (Management and Finance College). She obtained the Master of Business Administration (MBA) title at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw. In her professional portfolio, she has experience in performing management functions in both listed companies in the construction, logistics and rail transport sectors, as well as managing entities belonging to local government units.
