A wide range of offers is available in ticket vending machines, for example: "Earlier - Сheaper", "Cut-Rate City Ticket", "Promo", "Super Promo", "Big Family Offer" and "Family Ticket".

You can use all devices to purchase tickets for domestic transport on the following categories of trains:

Tickets can be purchased using most of the statutory and commercial discounts.

List of available concessions for single-use tickets:

Currently, statutory transport concessions (STC) are not available at the ticket machines.

It is possible to purchase the following tickets in PKP Intercity S.A.’s own ticket machines (at the Warsaw Central Station):

with several discounts (up to 3 different discounts), including the Big Family Offer and Family Ticket ,
as a part of one payment for an additional journey, eg., for a return journey,
for lying and sleeping places (except places in 2-person compartments for a disabled person in a wheelchair and his/her guardian),
with one transfer,
for transportation (bicycle, object and dog),
periodic leg-type (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) with statutory and commercial concessions (excluding statutory transport concessions - STC).

In agency ticket machines (VECTOR Software (former ASEC) and AVISTA), it is currently possible to purchase tickets:

multi-discount (max. up to 3 different discounts), including in the Big Family and Family Ticket offer
for couchette and sleeping cars (except places in a 2-person compartment for a disabled person in a wheelchair and his/her guardian) - VECTOR Software (former ASEC) only
in one payment for an extra journey, e.g. for a return trip - Avista only

Currently, the following types of tickets are not available in agency ticket machines:

indirect tickets,
transport tickets (bike, goods and dog),
periodic leg-type tickets.

The following types of tickets are not available in any ticket machines:

network ticket,
weekend tickets,
international tickets.

These tickets may be purchased at the ticket counters (offices) or in the on-line sales system.
