Have you accidentally left something on our train? Do not worry, check where you can get help to recover it.

Train service employees regularly and thoroughly inspect the carriages and deliver found items to the designated points.

We wish to inform you that in accordance with “Journal of Laws of 2015, item 397, Act of 20 February 2015 on found property,” lost luggage must be recovered within 3 days after depositing in a designated point.

In order to schedule a later collection date of the lost luggage, please contact the designated point using the following phone numbers before the lapse of the aforementioned time limit:
