Detailed information regarding accepting our tickets on other carriers’ trains

"PKP Intercity" Company’s tickets are accepted on "Przewozy Regionalne" Company’s trains

On trains activated by the Company “Przewozy Regionalne”, the following valid tickets issued for travels by trains of the Company “PKP Intercity” are accepted:

  1. network periodical - Intercity Cards (quarterly, semi-annual and annual) valid in all train categories (issued in compliance with regular tariff and with 50% discount tariff),
  2. on travel in international communication in compliance with SCIC-NRT and SCIC-TWZ tariff and Pass type tickets (Inter Rail, Eurail, European East Pass).

"PKP Intercity" Company’s tickets are accepted on "Koleje Mazowieckie-KM" Company’s trains

On trains activated by the Company “Koleje Mazowieckie-KM”, with an exception of “Słoneczny” train travelling on a route Warszawa Zachodnia – Gdynia Główna – Warszawa Zachodnia, the following tickets valid for travels by trains activated by the Company “PKP Intercity” are accepted:

  1. single – only on the route Warszawa Zachodnia – Warszawa Wschodnia, as long as it refers to the final part of a route stipulated on these tickets,
  2. network – issued in a form of plastic Intercity Cards, valid on TLK and EIC trains (in compliance with N tariff, with 50% discount),
  3. on travel in international communication in compliance with SCIC-NRT and SCIC-TWZ tariff and Pass type tickets (Inter Rail, Eurail, European East Pass).

Moreover, all valid PKP Intercity tickets retain their validity on trains ran by the following Companies:

1. "Przewozy Regionalne" sp. z o.o., "Koleje Mazowieckie - KM" sp. z o.o., Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., Koleje Wielkopolskie sp. z o.o., Koleje Śląskie Sp. z o.o., Arriva RP Sp. z o.o., in case of:

  • unplanned train cancellation (stemming from reasons other than a change in schedule);
  • predicted delay longer than 40 minutes;
  • missed connection as provided in the schedule.

2. "Łódzka Kolej Aglomeracyjna" sp. z o.o., in case of:

  • unplanned train cancellation (stemming from reasons other than a change in schedule);
  • predicted delay longer than 60 minutes;
  • missed connection as provided in the timetable.

In case of events described above, the traveller, after obtaining a delay certificate, certificate of cancellation, or certificate of missed connection from an authorised employee (e.g. cashier, train attendant crew, information point), may:

  1. travel by train ran by another company to the destination station visible on the ticket;
  2. return to the station of departure using a train ran by another Company.
