Gdansk

This is one of Poland's most beautiful and historic cities. Located on the Baltic Sea, it combines rich history, impressive architecture, and a unique maritime atmosphere. You can travel to Warsaw in about 2.5 hours, Olsztyn in around 2.5 hours, Poznań in approximately 3 hours, Łódź and Wrocław in around 4.5 hours, and Cracow or Szczecin in about 5.5 hours.

Getting to Gdańsk from abroad is simple and convenient. Direct international trains connect the city with Berlin and Prague, making Gdańsk an excellent stop on any Interrail journey through Central Europe and the Baltic region.
