Do you need to send a parcel to another town urgently, and want to avoid overpaying? Nothing could be simpler! For only PLN 30 gross, we will transport it rapidly and reliably to a destination station.

Dispatch today - collection today. PKP Intercity offers conductor deliveries along designated stages, with no handling at intermediate stations, on the trains marked on the timetable.

To send a delivery, it is enough to:

  1. prepare the package, which may weigh up to 10 kg and have dimensions of up to 20 x 40 x 50 cm, and in the case of a roll up to 150 cm x 20 cm,
  2. mark the package with the name and surname, or business name, and the address (telephone number) of the sender and recipient, as well as the names of the stations of dispatch and collection, and write a description of the contents of the package and their values.

You can ship the parcel directly at the train manager or at the train parcel-carrying service desk (located at the train stations listed below), for an additional fee of PLN 11.
You can also have the parcel picked up from the train by an employee of a stationary train parcel-carrying service desk for an additional fee of 11 PLN.
The service of shipment or picking up the parcel in place of the customer is available at the following train stations: Warszawa Centralna (Warsaw Central Station), Lublin, Gdynia Główna (Gdynia Central Station), Szczecin Główny (Szczecin Central Station).

The charge for the transport of a package as a conductor delivery is – irrespective of distance – PLN 30.
The charge for the transport of an oversized package is – irrespective of distance – PLN 60.

* Note! The train manager may refuse to collect the parcel for transport, if the collection of the parcel could delay the train's departure, the sender does not have an exact amount of money when paying in cash, the parcel is packed in an improper way or in a way that precludes its proper transport (without losses, damages).

The train manager or conductor may refuse to accept a package for delivery if the sender does not have the exact payment due.

The following items may not be sent:

  • goods that are forbidden to carry according to separate regulations,
  • hazardous products which may be harmful to people or property,
  • cash, means of payment, securities, valuables,
  • goods whose declared value exceeds PLN 1,200.00,
  • identification documents,
  • arms and ammunition,
  • goods which due to size, weight, or other properties are not suitable for carriage as part of conductor delivery,
