Opole is called the capital of the Polish song. However, not only music lovers will find something for themselves there.

Why Opole

The special Festival Route, the Polish Song Festival Star Avenue, a multimedia fountain and the Polish Song Museum have been established for all music lovers. Organized in June, the famous National Polish Song Festival, is only one of the attractions this town has to offer. In the evening, set out for a walk around the Opole Venice. It is an extremely enchanting fragment of Młynówka - Odra’s channel stretching from the Cathedral Bridge to the Castle Bridge. The striking illumination perfectly highlights the charm of the historic tenements which, almost sunk in water, look like buildings of the famed Italian town. One must not forget about the gothic cathedral in Opole with the painting of the Holy Mother of Opole.
