Unified model of agency sales

From 6 November 2024, applications to join the UWH submitted by entities that have not yet joined the UWH system are not accepted.

PKP Intercity plans to implement a new, improved API. Therefore, integrations within the existing system have been suspended until further notice. Applications for integration with the new API will be accepted from the fourth quarter of 2025.

PKP Intercity launched model of agency sales of train tickets via sales systems available on the website and in the mobile app. The model is distinguished by uniform commercial conditions for all partners, which greatly simplifies the formalities.

The conditions that must be met by contractors to be able to sign a contract with the Company are as follows:

  1. Having an operating and publicly available ticket sales system (with the possibility of sale via the application and / or website, hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), using API (with the possibility of online communication with the carrier's sales system). This requirement is also considered to be met if the Service is currently used to provide other services to the Agent's clients and when the sale of tickets begins, it will be available at least to individual clients.
  2. The Service has functioned on the market for at least 6 months (documented time of operation).
  3. Technical and organizational ability to provide customers with support (first line) and to handle complaints, settlements and returns.
  4. Integration of the Agent's and the Company's Systems within a maximum period of 120 calendar days (stage 1), then the offer extension will be carried out (stage 2).
  5. Support for payment for tickets in at least two forms among the following: card, online transfer, BLIK, prepayment (wallet).
  6. Warranty that the contract is properly secured - in the form of your choice: a bank guarantee or insurance guarantee, or a cash deposit in the Company's bank account.
  7. Acceptance of the agreement template (acknowledgment that the business provisions in the agreement template are the same for all partners and are non-negotiable - the agreement template itself will be provided after signing the confidentiality agreement).

Each application from a potential Agent will be verified by PKP Intercity and a reply about the cooperation will be sent within 30 calendar days with confidentiality agreement signed by PKP Intercity.
