You can buy WYD Cracow 2016 Ticket for PKP Intercity trains only via e-IC at www.intercity.pl

The WYD Cracow 2016 Ticket features a flat-rate price that amounts to PLN 149 (around EUR 32). You are not entitled to any discounts (including statutory discounts) or rebates as part of the ticket.

During the validity of WYD 2016 Ticket, you can travel three times on the routes selected by you that are specified on the additional ticket indicating the seat.

The WYD Ticket becomes valid on 16 July 2016 or on the purchase date (with respect to the tickets bought after the 16th of July 2016) and expires on 15 August 2016.

The pilgrims can only buy tickets using the e-IC website at www.intercity.pl

The pilgrims using the WYD Ticket special offer must each time book a seat using the e-IC website. Seats with respect to this type of ticket are not issued at a ticket office nor train. The WYD Ticket as well as its relevant seats are issued to a specific person and they are only valid provided that they are presented along with the document containing a photograph which confirms the passenger's identity. The document number is indicated both on the ticket as well as on its seats.

The holder of WYD Ticket must print the ticket and the information on seats separately on a white sheet of A4 paper or save them on a portable device as a PDF file.

You can buy WYD Tickets for PKP Intercity trains only via the e-IC website. The holder of WYD Ticket is required to authenticate his or her ticket before every one of the three trips to which such a holder is entitled. To do so, he or she must receive via the e-IC website – and no sooner than 30 days and no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the selected train – an additional ticket indicating the seat.

When purchasing a WYD Ticket using the e-IC website, the customer can pay via a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, and AmericanExpress) or make a bank transfer. We also provide for a deferred payment (click "Deferred payment"). After clicking it, you will see an announcement about the time in which the e-IC system should receive an electronic payment confirmation from the bank.

The holder of WYD Ticket is required to authenticate his or her ticket before every one of the three trips to which such a holder is entitled. To do so, he or she must receive using the e-IC website – and no sooner than 30 days and no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the selected train – an additional ticket indicating the seat. Should it be infeasible (regardless of the reasons) to book a seat in a given train with respect to the WYD Ticket, you have no right to go by that train.

The purchase of the WYD Ticket is very easy! All you need to do is log in at www.intercity.pl, and then choose the offer addressed to the WYD pilgrims. Please remember to enter your pilgrim code. From 16 July to 15 August, the pilgrims are obliged to book a ticket indicating their seat prior to their trip. Please note that the ticket which has no seat is invalid! Moreover, the holder of the WYD Ticket must print out the ticket and its seats or save them on a portable device as a PDF file. You can download your ticket using "My tickets" bookmark.

Each traveller can return his or her WYD Ticket that has not been used at all via the e-IC Website prior to the end of its validity, provided that no seat has been booked.

The traveller who has booked a seat (seats), but:

• resigned from the trip no later than 15 minutes before the beginning of its validity,
• resigned from the WYD Ticket prior to the beginning of validity of the first seat,
• can, but no later than the end of the validity period of the WYD Ticket that has not been used at all (any booked seats are automatically nullified), return such a ticket via the e-IC website.
