Assistance in entering/ leaving/ changing the train

If you need assistance in entering/ leaving/ changing the train, you will be provided with such assistance sy the stations on which the employees are present.

Please inform us about such a need at least 48 hours before beginning a trip. You can contact us in several ways:

and during the business hours of the Customer Service Centre.
