Do you need help in moving around the railway station or entering or leaving the train? The guide below includes all useful information for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility.

Assistance in entering/ leaving/ changing the train

If you need assistance in entering/ leaving/ changing the train, you will be provided with such assistance sy the stations on which the employees are present.

Please inform us about such a need at least 48 hours before beginning a trip. You can contact us in several ways:

  • via application form (Polish version) 

and during the business hours of the Customer Service Centre.
